In Extremis by Dr. Coma - Aug 14th 2002 |
I have escaped the deadly wrath of Otto Kiesinger--again. I fear, however, the respite will not be a long one. Otto has embraced the curse of insanity and he is hell-bent on on securing my destruction; he will stop at nothing to achieve that end. I must keep moving, if only to put a little distance between myself and that madman.

Hints and Tips
- There is NO SCRYE AVAILABLE in this mappack, because in the whole game you don't have the Gel'Ziabal stone. But don't worry, use other light sources like lightning strikes to find a way through the mansion.
- It is sometimes better to run from a creature than to fight it!
- Quicksave often, because the creatures may appear in uncommon places!
- Always be sure what to do, so please read the Journal Entries carefully, otherwise you won't catch all the details of the story!
- The house itself can be dangerous! Be warned!
- Play in a dark room! FG has very dark maps, so enjoy them in the right way!
- Children beware, the story is not suitable for kids under 18!
- Some hot places ARE hot places, although there is actually snow IN them. ;-)) Just a hint if you need one ;-))
- and the most important thing is: whatever happens... whatever may lurk in the shadows and scratches with iron claws... DON'T PANIC!!!

Sins by Bluefunk - May 12 2002 |
A relaxing day even if I say so myself, or it was until someone I haven't seen for a long while turned up on my doorstep. Estelle Snyder was her name and she is my mother. Estelle and I have a strange relationship for Mother and son but I should explain that I was conceived out of wed-lock. We do try to see each other as much as possible but it is hard and I understand. All anger and regret is long forgotten ...and forgiven. I love her. The man she is with - Jospeh still does not know of me and if I was ever to come to light it would be the ruin of her, such are the times.
She asks that I come to her household which makes my situation hard to say the least. I will see the family I never had and yet I cannot tell them who I am. I am to pose as the son of a friend of my Mothers who has had some experience in "missing persons". It seems that another son of hers (Henry - my brother) has disappered. His wife is dead (My mother cries for poor Natalie constantly), found (or parts of her were) buried in the garden. My Mother fears Henry has gone mad after the death of little Phillipe (another younger son and brother) who died in an accident.
I must find Henry before the Police do. This is now a task I do not relish. I am to help my mother find her son when her first son (myself) is standing here in front of her. Does she love him more than I? Am I jealous? yes, so so jealous I wish it was me missing at least I would have grown up with my mother. So where do I start?
At my brothers - Henry's house...

Lunacy by Bluefunk - 27th Jul 2001 |
You are on the way to visit Elle Sandwell a friend of yours who has been Sectioned after murdering her husband (rumoured to be a drunk) in one of Englands most prestigious asylums. On the way you suffer the misfortune of having a carridge wheel breaking. Rather than turning back it is a much smaller and thus quicker journey to carry on by foot. Unfortunately due to good old Galloway luck a storm whips up making your arrival during the night somewhat of a pain.
Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better.... still any decent psychotherapist will tell you that.

The Dark Queen Part 1 by ArcAngel - 26th Jan 2002 |
"Since my first encounter with the trsanti in the great war, I knew them to be people of dark ways and little morals, but when I discovered even they had some limits on acceptable behaviour, my curiosity was aroused, and so I found myself in a remote part of the country, standing in front of a forbidding mausoleum. Who was to know what lay within, and was so terrible that the trsanti would cast out one of thier own? -Patrick"

The story was going to be based around searching for a local landlady's husband who had disappeared on the moors of Southern England. While looking Patrick falls down a hole in the ground..... This is possibly a prequel to Lunacy (TIUndying2)

Village by Holo - 16th Jan 2002 |
The map is set in rural Wales in an old abandoned village, which has a terrible secret. Not much is known about the village other than it was abandoned over 100 years ago. There were rumours that several of the inhabitants had disappeared, only to be found dead, in shallow graves, with wounds that could not have been made by any creature known to man. It was speculated that the dead had risen, and that evil enveloped the area like a shroud. Few have the courage to enter the village, and many of the surrounding villagers are terrified. The only visitors in recent years were grave robbers, and the occasional traveller, but they were never heard from again. And no one has visited since. Until now.
NOTE: There are 2 possible endings.

Seul Choix - Only Choice by Ahumado - 23rd Jan 2003 |
Sometime after the Great War there emerged in north Wales a sect of Monks known as The Sect of Ahumado. Recent investigations by scholars has turned evidence that they were undoubtably followers of The Black Vaccaro aka Ahumado, that lived in north Mexico some 70 years prior. The scholars have yet to make the definitive connection between two apparently disparate times and places but some evidence points toward a sexually insatiable female Cuban landowner...known as Angel. It seems a Captain of the Texas Rangers that had been captured, tortured and subsequently escaped(though minus 80% of his marbles) was married to her. After the mysterious death of Angel's father she moved to Cuba (deranged husband in tow) an assumed the control of his estate.
The Cuban estate slaves/workers were heavily influenced by black joo-joo or as the commoner may incorrectly call it...Voodoo. A lone monk, Brother Goode, had been assigned to the island at the time. Angel being insatiable as she was seduced the celibate monk. During one such seducement they were discovered by the crazy Captain who then cut the eyelids off Brother Goode, a torture he had seen during his time of captivity. The lack of eyelids resulted in Brother Goode's complete loss of sanity. He fosook his calling and fell in with the Black Joo-Joo's. Not having not received any reports from Brother Goode the Monks sent another brother to find him. Brother Goode was removed back to Wales where he subsequently disappeared. It is believed Brother Goode was the founder of The Sect of Ahumado.
Having been turned by Angel, Brother Goode himself became insatiable...for servant girls. Your sister, Mary Linda Sue Betty who had been turning down beds for the local gentry is missing. It has been reported she was seen in the company of Monks just prior to her disappearence can you save her?!
